The "Forest crown", a green environment around the Teide
The "Corona forestal" (or forest crown) is the largest protected natural area in the Canaries. It forms a belt of forests around the Teide National Park, between 1,000 and 2,000 meters above sea level, covering a large part of the center of the island.
